The professional development programme is an interactive and collaborative course that explores the fundamentals of commercial real estate development and finance. Aimed at real estate professionals with a basic understanding of development and finance, the course explores the real estate process primarily from the viewpoint of developers and equity investors.  Through on-demand modules and live online workshops, the course will address critical issues ranging from acquisition, design, asset management, disposition to key aspects of equity and debt financing, and issues relating to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
 
Overview
The programme begins with an overview of economic principles and progresses to more complex financial and investment analysis, with an investment presentation to senior ULI member leaders. By the end of the program, the participant will walk away with the ability to apply practical and strategic insights to current investment property markets.
 
This is an interactive and collaborative programme that integrates multimedia such as videos, polls, on-demand learning modules, and live online workshops. Course materials ULI Case Studies, webinars, reports as well as additional readings. Collaborative learning is important. Students will connect and network through online workshops, with other participants and ULI member leaders from across the globe.
