ULI Asia Pacific Chairman
Nicholas Brooke
Having been involved in the real estate sector for over 50 years and across three continents, Nicholas Brooke has a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of roles, from advising on commercial property development and investment, to leading numerous government advisory and public service initiatives. Widely travelled, most of his professional career has been spent in Asia. He has been based in Hong Kong for more than 35 years.
Nicholas is currently chairman of Professional Property Services Group, which is a specialist real estate consultancy for the Asia Pacific region, and chairman of the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission. He has been an ULI member for more than 20 years and has played a major part in its growth across the Asia Pacific. Nicholas was named ULI Life Trustee in June 2018, the first ever recipient from the region. His term as the ULI Asia Pacific Chairman started on 1 July 2018.

David Faulkner
David Faulkner is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He retired from his most recent position of managing director at Colliers International in December 2019, where he was responsible for the 250-person valuation and advisory services team in 14 markets. He has been based in Asia for over 35 years, joining Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke. David has advised on projects in Hong Kong, China and many markets in the region including North Asia, the ASEAN countries, South and Central Asia. He has expertise in all the major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure.
David has been a ULI member since 2001 and is currently a global governing trustee. Prior to joining the private sector in 1988, he spent 9 years with government, both in the UK and Hong Kong.
