Manager, Beijing, ULI China Mainland

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Membership, Asia Pacific, the Manager serves as the professional liaison among ULI China Mainland, ULI Asia Pacific, and real estate, planning, and development professionals in Mainland China. The Manager’s overall responsibility is to serve as an informed resource to support the district council’s various content centers and member networks, including local product councils, interacting with them to ensure that all work is consistent with the Institute’s policies and procedures and that ULI China Mainland’s mission, goals, and objectives are met.

This is a full-time position, based in Beijing, China.

 

Manager, Shanghai, ULI China Mainland

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager serves as the professional liaison among ULI China Mainland, ULI Asia Pacific, and real estate, planning, and development professionals in Mainland China. The Manager’s overall responsibility is to serve as an informed resource to support the district council’s various content centers and member networks, including local product councils, interacting with them to ensure that all work is consistent with the Institute’s policies and procedures and that ULI China Mainland’s mission, goals, and objectives are met.

This is a full-time position, based in Shanghai, China.

 

Manager, Corporate Partnerships, ULI Asia Pacific

The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a position within the ULI Asia Pacific team. The Corporate Partnerships Manager (referred to as “Manager”) will serve as a key resource on all corporate member engagement activities and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The Manager is one of the faces of the regional headquarters—corporate members call him or her for assistance and information, so it is imperative that the Manager be courteous and friendly. The position necessitates that the Manager be able to travel occasionally throughout the region to attend meetings, events, and programs.

This is a full-time position, located in Shanghai, China.

 

Manager, ULI Hong Kong

The Manager, working in close coordination with national council members, administers all aspects of coordinating programs and developing marketing and communications strategies for membership involvement and sponsorship support toward the advancement of goals and objectives of the national council. The Manager will maintain a close working relationship with the Executive Director for local reporting and responsibilities.
