Net Zero Council
COUNCIL CO-CHAIRS
- Chungha Cha, Koramco Real Estate Fund & Board Member, ESG & Decarbonisation
- John Haffner, Deputy Director – Sustainability, Hang Lung Properties
ULI Asia Pacific Net Zero Council’s goal is to gather a topically focused, multi-disciplinary ecosystem of key experts who gather on a regular basis to share best practices, lessons learnt and innovative solutions that further its mission of developing a path to net zero carbon. It serves to give members a better understanding of the business case for net zero, and equip them with tools to operationalise it in their projects and portfolios.
The council is committed to meeting twice yearly for half a day of programming. One of the two annual meetings is organised alongside the major ULI event in Asia Pacific – ULI Asia Pacific Summit.
Council membership is highly selective and criteria used by each Council’s leadership includes, but is not limited to:
- The number of available seats on a Council
- Professional role of the applicant vs. current representation on Council
- Geographic region in which the prospective member does business vs. current representation on Council
