On 11 July 2012, 30 Beijing Young Leaders gathered together atop the roof of an adjacent building in order to gaze into the nearly complete Galaxy SOHO project. The project immediately stands out for it’s prime location along the inside of Second Ring Rd and its stunning design by Pritzker Prize winning Zaha Hadid Architects. With a gross floor area of over 320,000 square meters, Galaxy SOHO commands an eye-catching presence along the well-travelled Ring Road. The market also seems to have responded positively to such a unique development as the office floors have almost been completely sold with impressive pricing. We were fortunate to have SOHO China’s Yonghui Wang present to lead the tour and field questions from the group while at the site. We would like to thank SOHO China’s staff for their efforts on the tour and we look forward to visiting with them again.
