Leo has extensive town planning experience in Australia and internationally, in consultancy, industry and local government. Leo is passionate about delivering high quality urban outcomes through all projects that he is involved in.
Leo’s key areas of expertise are in managing the planning process for development projects and in strategic land use planning, in both urban and rural settings. He has enjoyed working on many major development projects throughout Brisbane and South-East Queensland, including recent project experience extending to mixed-use, commercial, retail, urban residential, industrial and community developments. Leo has also had a key role in the preparation of various planning schemes, local plans and strategic planning documents for local government throughout Queensland.

 

 

 

Annabelle Matthews

Annabelle Matthews is a Registered Valuer and a Director of Property Projects Queensland, a multidisciplinary Brisbane based development, construction, investment management and agency firm that that was founded over 40 years ago.

Beginning her career in the property industry 14 years ago, Annabelle works with multiple organisations to foster the growth and development of young professionals. She is a former Co-Chair of the ULI’s Young Leaders’ Group in Queensland, is a Co-Director of the 2016 Innovation Ideas Competition and is a current member of the ULI Australia’s Research and Innovation Committee.

Annabelle is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) with Distinction from the Queensland University of Technology.

 


Lawson Royes

Lawson is a registered architect and senior associate at the award-winning national architecture and interior design practice, Rothelowman.  Lawson has a broad range of private and public sector experience that covers multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial and sporting projects. Lawson has over 13 years of experience which includes working in London, UK. He is highly skilled, motivated and passionate about delivering quality design outcomes.  From project conception through to completion his capabilities cover the full spectrum of project delivery. His experience and dedication ensures seamless transitions between project phases without compromising the original design intent. Lawson is a keen advocate for BIM and the role it plays within the construction industry; the collaborative attitude it brings to a design team and extended level of service provided for the Client.
