ULI is sponsoring “The Second International Symposium on Public Housing Futures”. The Symposium will be held on August 29-30, 2012 at Fudan University in Shanghai. The symposium is jointly organized by the Center for Housing Policy Studies (CHPS), School of Management, Fudan University and the Department of Public and Social Administration, City University of Hong Kong.
This two-day symposium will primarily consist of 13 to 15 presentations by international leading and new emerging scholars in the field of housing studies. The invited scholars will discuss their latest academic research work on public housing and its impact on urban development. At 5 pm on August 30th, ULI will chair a 90-minute round-table session with panelists from the mainland Chinese real estate industry. Following the session, there will be a VIP dinner sponsored by ULI. After the two-day symposium, there will be a half-day visit to local public housing development projects on August 31st.

城市土地学会（ULI）是第二届“公共住房的未来”国际研讨会的赞助方。本届研讨会将于2012年8月29-30日在上海复旦大学举行。研讨会由复旦大学管理学院住房研究中心（CHPS）以及香港城市大学公共与社会管理系合作组织。
为期两天的研讨会将主要由住房研究领域的国际顶尖学者及青年学者呈献的13-15场演讲组成。受邀的学者将讨论他们近期关于公共住房的学术研究及公共住房对城市发展的影响。8月29日下午5点，城市土地学会（ULI）将主持一场由中国大陆房地产行业专业人士构成的圆桌会议，时长约90分钟。圆桌会议后将是由ULI赞助的贵宾晚宴。研讨会闭幕后，在8月31日早上将安排为期半天的上海公共住房建设项目实地考察活动。
