Please join the ULI Young Leaders Group for the “Ten Principles for a Sustainable Approach to New Development” presentation on Thursday, 15 November 2012 in Hong Kong. Following the presentation, drinks will then be enjoyed at Armani Prive on the 2/F, Chater House, Central.

The “Ten Principles for a Sustainable Approach to New Development” presentation will be hosted by Dr. Sujata Govada. Dr. Govada will present how Hong Kong’s lively, energetic high-density urban environment can be enhanced with a more sustainable approach to new large-scale development that emphasizes connections to street life. The presentation will also include an analysis of recent Hong Kong developments and their benchmarks against other regional and international case studies. These ten principles for a more sustainable development could not only be applied to Hong Kong, but also to large-scale developments throughout other regions.

Space for the presentation is limited and RSVP’s will be accommodated on a first come first served basis. After the presentation, please join us for the networking cocktail and reconnect with old friends, meet professionals and new members, and learn about the exciting ULI YLG initiatives planned around the region. One FREE drink will be provided to the attendees of the “Ten Principles for a Sustainable Approach to New Development” presentation.

RSVP’s are required. If you are interested in attending this FREE event, please RSVP to janice.lam@uli.org by Friday, 9 November 2012.
