Lynn Thurber

Lynn Thurber is currently the non-Executive Chairman of LaSalle Investment Management, a global real estate money management firm investing in private real estate as well as publicly-traded real estate companies on behalf of institutional and individual investors. In her role as Chairman, Ms. Thurber advises the firm’s senior management team and serves as a member of several investment committees and advisory boards. She also chairs the Jones Lang LaSalle committee for the firm’s co- investment activity.
Lynn is a member of the Board of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE:DRE), a U.S. publicly traded REIT, an advisor to Clerestory Capital Partners, LLC, a global real estate fund of funds investment manager, and a member of the Board of Investa Property Group, an Australian based real estate owner, developer and fund manager.
Prior to becoming Chairman, Lynn was the Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle Investment Management from March 2000 to December 2006 and Co-President from December 1994 to March 2000. Prior to Alex Brown, Kleinwort Benson (ABKB) Realty Advisors’ merger with LaSalle Partners in 1994, Ms. Thurber was Chief Executive Officer of that company. Before joining ABKB in 1992, she was a Principal at Morgan Stanley & Co.
Lynn earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Wellesley College. She is a Trustee and Board member of Urban Land Institute and a member of the Real Estate Information Standards Board. She formerly chaired the Pension Real Estate Association, and is also a past member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate and the Board of the Toigo Foundation. She is currently a member of The Chicago Network and the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council.
Hoke Slaughter

Morgan Stanley Real Estate
Hoke Slaughter is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of the Firm’s real estate investing business in Asia, part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). Prior to moving to MSIM in 2008, Hoke was Chairman of the Firm’s real estate investment banking group globally and a Vice Chairman of the Firm’s Investment Banking Division. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 1989, Hoke has worked on the full spectrum of real estate M&A and capital markets activity, including numerous transactions that were industry-defining. He has extensive experience in most major markets around the world and in both a principal and advisory capacity over the course of his career.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Hoke worked for Gerald D. Hines Interests from 1985-1988 and for Michael Graves, Architect from 1984-1985.
Hoke received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1990, and an AB in Architecture from Princeton University in 1983. Hoke is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the Urban Land Institute, where he is on the Executive
Committee of the New York District Council.
