Energy Efficiency and building performance are driving changes in the way that real estate is used, managed, financed and operated. Buildings energy use goes beyond a certification or award and should be measured based on the actual consumption of how buildings perform when used according to plan. Sometimes the buildings with the most “green” awards do not actually save energy. During this webinar we will provide an overview of Greenprint’s initiatives and review the results of this year’s building performance report. We will also take a look at some global trends in building performance benchmarking and disclosure.
