ULI has several membership categories, both for individuals and groups, to accommodate your career stage or age. Below you can find more information on each category, as well as the membership dues, to help select the right membership option for you.
Individual Memberships
Full Membership
Full Membership is available for those willing to make an ongoing commitment to the ULI, contributing their experience, insights, time, and financial support. Our Full Members are owners, developers, corporate real estate executives and principals from professional service firms, the public sector and financial institutions. Full members may also serve on ULI’s Product Councils, evaluating key real estate topics from a leadership position and networking at a senior level.

Full Private Member:
For the senior executive or principal working in the private sector.
Annual Dues: US$530 (HK$4,134)
Full Government / NGO Member:
For the senior-level public official or public planner, and nonprofit executives.
Annual Dues: US$290 (HK$2,262)
Associate Membership
Associate Members will become part of a global network of real estate professionals and enjoy a range of benefits including: Access to more than 30,000 members worldwide through My ULI, and the Institute’s online member resources, research and publications; Subscription to Urban Land magazine; Annual Emerging Trends Asia Pacific publication; Discounted membership prices for conferences, events and ULI books; and Networking opportunities at the local, regional, and global level.

For the entry-level to midcareer executive working in the private sector.

Associate Government / NGO Member:
For the entry-level to midcareer public planner or government official, academics, and nonprofit employees.

Young Leader Membership
Young Leader Membership is limited to those under age 35. Applicants must provide proof of being under 35 years of age.
