- Exposure to the latest trends and issues associated with infrastructure projects and the opportunities for adjacent public domain development and private mixed-use development.
- Presentations by ULI personnel and government officials in relation to mixed use development and private/public sector cooperation.
- The opportunity to participate and benefit from attending the 4 day ULI Fall meeting at the Moscone Centre in San Francisco. This is the pre-emminent and most highly regarded real estate conference in North America held each year and for 2015 is expected to attract over 7,000 attendees and the largest international participation in ULI’s history.
